Alone in the Office

Sebenarnya hari2 yg lain pon berkeseorangan.

Tapi hari ni rasa super alone sbb kebanyakan rakan sekerja cuti. Esok nak Raya Haji kan...bos pon cuti jugak. 

Saya jugak terpaksa keje sbb dah xde cuti. Cuti byk abis amik EL bila anak2 tak sihat.

The good thing working while others are off, no one would disturb you. Takde phone calls, takde emails masuk. 

It's very quiet!

Takde la bermakna saya boleh curi tulang. All this while mmg I'm working under minimum supervision. All my boss cares is the works assigned are delivered as it supposed to be. 

I am trying to finish off my notes of discussion. Tapi tersangat la slow progress nya. Tadi lapar, dah keluar beli nasi bungkus. Ni ngantuk pulak....huhuhu.

My Skype buddy pon x online, things kat FB pon x menarik....so kasik update la blog sikit!

Walaupun x tau nak citer apa....

Pekan Durian Tunggal ni pon dah meriah dgn org2 yg buat persiapan raya. It's kampung kan, jadi anak2 org sini ramai la yg dah pulang nak berhari raya. Terasa sedih pulak x balik kampung.

Well, pagi tadi saya belikan makcik babysitter 1 kg daging fresh, saja nak sedekah. Bestnya tgk tulang2 lembu yg fresh and I was thinking if I am in my normal state, mesti dah beli dah buat sup tulang. 

Anyway, esok pagi lepas solat raya, kami akan ke Seremban dan spend the day kat rumah abg cik HB. Diorg pon x balik kampung, and so does lagi sorang adik cik HB. So we decided to spend the day bersama2.

Tak bestnya perasaan x balik kampung!!!

Mokcik Perasan Muda...Hihihi

Minggu lepas ada Hari Kad Laporan kat sekolah agama kembar, so mokcik pon pegi la.

Alhamdulilah kembar dpt result yg bagus dan insyaallah boleh tukar kelas tahun depan. Skrg ni kembar dok kelas tercorot sbb baru tahun ni diorg start sekolah agama. Tahun lepas diorg x gi sekolah agama lg sbb cik HB kata takut diorg x leh nk cope sekolah pagi-petang. Kalau sy ok aje sbb sy dulu pon dr drj. 1 sampai 6 mmg sekolah pagi-petang. Cik HB je yg x biasa. Jadi byk la ketinggalan dibandingkan dgn kawan2 yg dah mula sekolah agama dr drj. 1.

Anyway menurut ustazah kelas, kembar rajin belajar dan suka bertanya. Tapi takde la semua subjek dpt A, ada la jugak B. Takpe la, boleh diusahakan lg asalkan suka belajar.

Semalam balik dr sekolah agama, kembar tanya umur saya berapa. Sy ckp "35 thn, kan dah tau".

So kenapa?

Kakak ckp "ustazah tanya. Kakak bgtau umur ummi 33 tp Nabilah ckp 35"

Sy ckp "Nape, ustazah ingat ummi muda ke?"

Serentak dua2 ckp "Aaaa".

Awwwww...perasan mokcik tau! hehehehe...

Ya ampun, perasannnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnya.

Cik HB lak cemik muka....hahahaha

Mesyuarat & MC

Tadi lepas jemput kembar dari sekolah, I took them to Mydin for lunch and teman saya buat groceries shopping. Selalunya saya pegi sorang2 je for groceries shopping on Friday lunch time.

Tapi kesian lak dgr Nabilah ckp "ummi, kita nak pegi makan dgn ummi", so ok la. Plus I was in the mood of entertaining. Kalau tak, x kuasa jugak nak angkut sbb tau kerenah diorg yg mcm2 would make my shopping session stressful.

On the way, they told me they have joined a group formed by friends at school called "Barbie".

And I was like "Hahhhhh?"

They also told that members of this group promise each other that they won't get separated. Recess time would be spent at Balai Ceria ( a place at their school) instead of canteen and they would bring food from home and share it together.

So, kembar ckp "ummi, start minggu depan kita nak bawak bekal lah".

Oooooohhhhh.....pengsan la mokcik..takpe2, akan difikirkan dan diusahakan. I just have to be extra-superMAK...hahahaha.

Then they chatted with each other and I heard Nabilah saying:

"Ala, Isnin ni ada mesyuarat pulak...ni Adik malas ni. Kakak ckp la kat Shamira, adik MC".

Hahahahahaha....

Mana la dapat idea pasal mesyuarat dan MC ni???????

Mesti org kata dengar dari mak bapak kan? hehehe

But for info, sepanjang saya start keje 2/5/2012, I have never taken any MC ye! 

Quickie

I really want to blog out about Insyirah's birthday, our newly-built garden raised bed tapi gambar2nya semua dok dalam kamera, I don't know where the transfer cable is, nak transfer to laptop guna memory card, of course kat rumah xde maknanya boleh belek2 laptop ke, kamera ke....mak takde masa!

Kat opis lagi byk masa tau! Eh, bukan curi tulang but as I am working at site, keje adalah bergantung kepada produktiviti site. Buat masa ni x tau apasal, agaknya workers strike, tadi masuk site, keadaan sunyi sepi gitu mcm ada public holiday pulak...huhuhu.

Time2 ni la rasa bestnya ada smartphone. Boleh blog terus ngan gambar2 yg snap pakai smartphone :)

Mimpi

Minggu ni not much things at work. Big bosses are away for overseas FAT, meetings pon takde. Kalau tak, mau 2-3 meetings kena attend dlm seminggu! E-mail pon senyap-sunyi...hehehe.

Tapi apsal malam tadi aku mimpi one of the big bosses ajak melawat tapak projek????

Agaknya sbb terlampau rileks kot dr keje...hihihi.

Kembali ke sekolah

Anak2 akan kembali bersekolah esok setelah 3 minggu bercuti. It´s good that the summer break has ended...kalau x ari2 dua org tu dok bertanya bila sekolah nak start balik. And kurang sikit pening kepala sy nak fikir apa aktiviti nak buat ngan budak2 ni so that xde la asik tercatuk tgk TV and layan laptop.

But then in 3 weeks ni sy sesuka hati tido lambat (kul 3.3o am selalunya, sesudah Subuh) dan bgn lambat jue sesuka hati (kadang2 mau sampai kul 12!). Bebudak ni pon sama tido lambat sama, tp xde la selambat maknya dan of course bgnnya juga lagi awal dr maknya....hehehe.

Skrg dah kul 3.50 am, tapi mata idak ler jue mau ngantuknya...mau x terbgn pagi esok nih!

Ayoyoyo...hendak tido, tido la mata...jgn ler terbuntang lagi mengadap laptop!

Of Summer

I'm glad now it's summer.

Though sometimes some days are those rainy days, still I appreciate the warm of summer. When I wake up in the morning, the first thing I would think is to do laundry. I really love it when I manage to get wet clothes dry up under the hot sun in very quick time when during winter laundry takes at least 2 days to dry up inside the house as I don't have electrical dryer and worry whether the humidity from the washed clothes would cause mould to grow!

Then summer means you can get out from the house without having to bundle yourself in layers of clothes. It's the time to wear sandals, ballerina, slippers, pumps, stilettos....(ok, I only have two pairs of summer shoes, although I wish I could have more summer shoes...hehehe).

Summer also makes me start again with my morning walk. In winter, I gave excuses to myself that it was too cold to be outside, the road are slippery because of the snow or frost, I didn't have the right shoes to have a long walk in that weather...bla..bla..bla. But now, I force myself to start walk again, an hour a day!

The negative part of summer on the other hand...well, not many I could think of but I now keep fighting with the flies. They are absolutely non-exist, not even one you manage to find during the winter but as it hot now, they come happily flying around the house, making the buzz sounds which is so annoying to my ears. And I have to make sure that all the food are properly covered, if not it would be the feast for the flies. We have this electrical insect repellent, it resembles a tennis/badminton racket and I would be running around the house with this device, hunting the flies. I guess I use this device much better than I use the badminton racket :))

Food also easily get rotten under this weather. Recently I had to throw away half of a bread loaf because there were fungus growing on it even though the expiry date was still long way to go. Rice from the dinner the night before could also easily get rotten the day after. So I have to be alert when buying groceries. For me, buying extra load is not a good thing during this season.

The thing is, what I notice, living in a four-season land, makes you appreciate what you could have in each season.

But I guess I would probably not missing summer as we have 'Summer Forever' in Malaysia.
