First time jumpa with your hubby bila dan kat mana?

Dalam bas PPP ITM (masa buat A-Level) tahun 1996 on the way nak gi British Council Exhibition kat PWTC. Masa tu dah lebih 6 bulan buat A-Level tapi tu la first time baru notice mamat ni...hehehe. Tapi notice and take note je (sbb dia cute!) Bercakap langsung x. First time berckp masa naik gunung Korbu tahun yg sama. Kitorg satu group tapi x boleh ngam pon...hahaha.

Love at first sight?
Hmmm....not sure how apa yg dikatakan love at first sight ni. Tapi suka la tgk muka dia dr first time notice dia...hahaha. I chose him as my SA (secret admire). Masa tu my roomates n I saja2 choose boys kat PPP tu and jadikan diorg our SA. So kalau anyf us jumpa any of the mamat2 yg jadi SA kitorg ni, wah...balik bilik mesti bergossip. Xde keje kan? Tapi best tau bila kita minat seseorg tapi org tu x tau pon kita minat dia

Hmmm....lama la jugak since the first time kitorg mula jadi kawan sejak naik Gunung Korbu sama2 (eh, kawan ke mula2 tu? Rasa mcm byk gaduh aje...kekeke). Shortly masa lepas trip Gunung Korbu, kengkawan dok kenen2 kan kitorg berdua. Dunno why, dok gaduh2 pon, org nak kenen2kan. Lepas several times, akhirnya from sarcastic2 remarks bertukar2 senyuman n `hai2` and one day he called my fren´s hp and asked me out for dinner. Yg kelakar, spot makan budak2 PPP patutnya dekat aje kat Junction Seksyen 18 tu, tapi dek kerana kitorg x mo jadi bahan gossip, sanggup jalan kaki jauh2 pi makan kat Seksyen 24.

Jadi la wanita yg bersopan santun, lemah lembut gitu, gelak tu jgn kuat2 sgt ok? Ye la, sy dulu lasak orgnya...favourite naik gunung sana sini, cemana la nak ada ciri2 wanita melayu terakhir gitu kan? Mula2 mmg x leh terima coz pk "you should like me the way I am". But then lama2 pk, if the changes is utk kebaikan, kenapa la tidak kan? Slowly, berubah la sikit2 walau x sepenuhnya. Masih lagi suka gelak kuat2 kot kalau jumpa geng2 sekepala!

3 IDIOTS

I am not a big fan of Bollywood movies. Used to watch a lot during my study years due to peer pressure (peer pressure ke? sendiri dok ulang tayang citer Kuch2 Hota Hai berkali2 tu apahal? kan cik Ma kan?)

In the recent years I hardly watch any Bollywood movies unless if I really have nothing to do and there's nothing to watch which is hardly the case because there are so many interesting things to watch - the Korean series, the Hollywood stuffs. `I actually have become judgmental toward Bollywood movies as I thought Bollywood movies always have the same story lines : man-woman complicated loves and series of songs and dancing. And besides, there's nobody to watch it together (it's a big NO-NO to cik HB when it comes to Bollywood movies). So I don't even bother to check out the Bollywood movies anymore.

Not that I have realized that Bollywood movies apparently have evolved into something more sophisticated, brilliant and mind-pondering masterpieces.

It is all began when I keep reading in the newspaper about Aamir Khan's international success in several Bollywood movies. It made me wonder, what is it so good about his acting, that he kept receiving praises. So I decided to check out at Youtube, and I selected randomly one of his latest movie called Taare Zameen Par. And the movie managed to make me watch it for several parts and cik HB became interested too. However, I didn't finish watching coz I had chores to do. And after several hours when I thought I wanted to continue watching the movie, cik HB told me he had downloaded another Aamir Khan's movie called 3 IDIOTS.

And I was like 'What???? Cik HB downloaded Bollywood movie?'

He said since there are enormous good comments on this movie, maybe we should try watch it.

So we did.

And it was beyond my expectation. The movie is awesome! It's brilliant and hilarious. If you like those Hollywood movies like Forest Gum or Beautiful Mind, then this movie is for you. No, it doesn't have the same story line but I classified the genre of this 3 Idiots as similar as the two mentioned. And even better!

And trust me, you won't get annoyed with the singing and dancing because that part of scenes play important roles in the movie. Besides, that singing and dancing parts are less than the normal Bollywood movies. If I'm not mistaken, about 2 or 3 songs only. I guess, being a Bollywood movie, it's just their nature to have the songs, huh?

The movie tells you about meaning of life, friendship, family values, love. And you going to laugh, at some points maybe even cry, and it makes you ponder. And if you study engineering, you'll appreciate this movie even more ^-^.

Aamir Khan's acting is really COOL....imagine a 40-something man (he was born in 1965) taking role of 20-something college student. And it doesn't seem awkward in your eyes. He deserves all the good comments.

I'm not going to write the movie review. As I watched, I was frustrated because the English subtitles were missing at several parts. So I'm thinking to find a better version of this movie.

Winter bis April?

Ok, mari buat satu post utk bulan Februari.

Nothing much la...just dengar berita kat TV that winter this year could probably extended until April. Yes, April....lama lagi kan?

Kalau tahun lepas, April dah berseri2 ngan bunga2an yg berkembang dan burung2 berkicauan meraikan musim bunga yg indah.

Next month, we are planning for Europe tour with our family members from Malaysia. Antara agenda adalah Disneyland. Tapi kalau ianya masih sejuk beku diwaktu itu, adakah trip ke Disneyland meriangkan?

Oh, tak tau lah kan...kita manusia hanya merancang tapi Tuhan jua yg menentukan. Dan cuaca yg x menentu ni pon...adalah sebabnya kan?

Selamat Hari Jadi Abah

Harijadi Abah yg ke 66 tahun sebenarnya semalam..tapi baru hari ni aku nak buat entry sempena harijadi Abah. Pagi semalam dah call, dah wish tapi kalau berckp ngan Abah mmg selalunya tak lama. Abah mmg jenis x byk ckp...apa yg kita tanya tu la yg dia jawab.

Mcm contoh kalau kita tanya " Abah sihat ke" dan dia akan jawab "sihat". Tu je la...sbb Abah mmg jenis x byk ckp.

Selalu kalau nak tau perkembangan apa2 kat kampung, mmg kena berckp ngan Mak. Dan mmg kalau Abah yg jawab phone sekalipon tetap Abah akan pass kat Mak dgn segera. Ngan Mak hal ehwal semasa dunia pon dia citer kat kita...hehehe.

Tapi pendiam2 Abah pon, kami anak2nya tahu dia sgt ambil berat hal anak2. Walaupon dia jarang sembang ngan anak2, selalunya dia akan tanya ngan Mak details khabar anak2. Dan dari dulu lagi walau susah macamana pon, bila anak2 nak sesuatu, duit ke...selalunya dia akan berusaha bagi. Sikit pon x merungut....

Kadang2 bila aku dah besar ni, fikir balik susah payah Abah cari duit nak membesarkan 9 orang anak, aku rasa kesian sgt ngan Abah. Masa aku kecik dulu (sekolah rendah), Abah berulang keje dr Tg Malim ke Kuala Kubu Bahru naik motor Honda Kapcai dia. Kalau skrg ni ngan kereta jarak Tg. malim -KKB tu xde la jauh mana, tapi masa tu aku rasa mcm jauh beno Tg. Malim-KKB tu. Kalau Abah x balik on time, aku naik risau...nak2 pulak kalau hari hujan. Sebab aku risau kalau2 Abah kemalangan ke apa ke...

Sebab tu skrg, apa2 dr segi kewangan atau pon bantuan, kalau aku mampu, aku hulurkan. Sbb sebenarnya apa2 pon yg kita boleh bagi, tetap tak terbalas jasa org tua membesarkan kita.

Buat Abah, selamat hari lahir ke-66. Semoga Allah s.w.t murahkan rezeki Abah, panjangkan umur dan sihatkan tubuh badan dan memberikan kebahagiaan dunia akhirat kepada Abah.

Semoga semuanya selamat....

I received an e-mail from my brother. He sent a good news....his wife is now 8-week pregnant! I'm excited for them!

He got married the same year I did, in fact 2 months earlier. And for the past five years, they have been hoping to be blessed with a child. And I know how painful it is, that year by year passed by but there is no sign of conceiving. Imagine receiving questions and remarks regarding about not having children. I can see it in my brother's face, how he hopes to have his own kid whenever he plays with the nieces and nephews.

Alhamdulilah, now it's their rezeki to be parents. I hope the pregnancy will go smoothly and everything is going to be fine.

Semoga semuanya selamat....

I remember when I was in Form 1 and in this Kemahiran Hidup class, we had this topic to learn how to differentiate between KEPERLUAN (need) and KEHENDAK (want). I remember cutting pieces from newspapers of materials in life and then pasted them under the section KEPERLUAN and KEHENDAK.

I guess I should be doing that again in order to suppress my temptation of buying things and to sooth my own feeling when I couldn´t get to buy them.

But that D3000.....uwaaaaa!!!!

Snow

Sebenarnya dah draft entry ni dr minggu lepas lagi, time snow tgh turun dgn lebat. Tapi dek kerana malas, upload je gambar2...nak bercerita malas, so simpan buat pekasam!

Ok, now dah basi...sbb snow pon dah cair, yg tinggal BLACK ICE. Black ice permukaan jalan/tanah yg diliputi salji, kemudian mengeras seperti ais batu. Boleh bayang kan macam ice skating rink, only that tak berapa smooth dan tak canti. Yang telah membuat saya selamat tergolek beberapa hari yg lepas selepas pulang dr menghantar budak2 ke kindy. Nasib baik la tergolek dgn posisi yg selamat - landing melutut dan tahan ngan tangan. Dibuatnya terlentang...huish, risau gak patah riuk kat mana2 bahagian badan. Tahun lepas, sorang member jatuh diatas black ice - patah 2 batang gigi!

Layan saja la gambar2 ok....

Rumah ni comel kan? Tuan rumah ni rajin sungguh deco yard dia mengikut musim. Kalau time Easter lagi colourful dgn deco telur Easter pelbagai jenis.
